The application provides rapid information on HR costs, man-hours, staff turnover, sickness absence and pension forecasting. An overall view of information on each staff member is provided prior to each salary review and appraisal interview, contributing to enhanced efficiency and quality. All information is presented in one place, and managers avoid the hazard of logging into multiple systems to access the information they need.
Hypergene is delivered with complete integration with the most commonly used HR systems in public authorities such as Primula, Heroma and Agresso. This means that project implementation is faster, and integration is quality assured.
The application computes most relevant KPIs based on information from the HR system and accounting system, which saves a lot of time and assures the quality of modelling. KPIs are then presented in appropriate portals and reports.
Information associated with each user’s area of responsibility and roles are displayed immediately without any additional selections being necessary. Displays proceed from aggregated information for a complete overview, but users can always drill down into the detail with just a few clicks. If unusual events are discovered, users can get to the underlying cause quickly.
